I'm feelin a little shrimpy today.. Hmm..

Since I go into work by 10am, that kind of limits my choices.  I would love to have a shrimp chimichanga, but no one serves them that early.  Lol.  However...  Perkins does have a N'awlins Eggs Benedict...  Hmm.  Shimp.  For breakfast.  Love it!

N'awlins Benedict

Cajun grilled chicken, marinated shrimp, smoked sausage, diced tomatoes, topped with two basted eggs and chipotle hollandaise sauce.

Umm..  Yummy!

Talked to one of our Club Excellence winners about her upcoming all inclusive, all expenses paid trip to Atlantis in the Bahamas.  ADT sends it's top performers to a huge conference once a year.  Last year was Los Cabos, Mexico.  This year?  Yeah.  Atlantis.  Sigh.  Yeah.  This Atlantis.

My goal in life is to live near a coastal area.  From pictures online, I'm kind of leaning towards Charleston, SC.  I'm not much of a snow fan, and it doesn't look like they get it very often.  Woot.  My kinda town for sure.  Here are some great beachy pics..  Yay!
