Just a few rambling thoughts and crafts from a mind that is full of both. I am talented in my mind but regularly run full throttle into the wall of procrastination. I have raised procrastination to an art form. A friend once told me I have a BS in BS and a minor in excuse making. If there is anyway to get out of doing my best, I will do my best to get out of it. Welcome to my saburban life. : ).. Lol.

I'm feelin a little shrimpy today.. Hmm..

Since I go into work by 10am, that kind of limits my choices.  I would love to have a shrimp chimichanga, but no one serves them that early.  Lol.  However...  Perkins does have a N'awlins Eggs Benedict...  Hmm.  Shimp.  For breakfast.  Love it!

N'awlins Benedict

Cajun grilled chicken, marinated shrimp, smoked sausage, diced tomatoes, topped with two basted eggs and chipotle hollandaise sauce.

Umm..  Yummy!
The perfect cure for feelin beachy?  It'll do for now.

    I grew up on the gulf of Mexico so Shrimp were very plentiful. I like shrimp for lunch and dinner. I will only eat them for breakfast at fancy restaurants. It just never occurs to me to eat them for breakfast. But, they would be good. Hmm. I may have to try that soon.

      Thanks Eldarose, both for visiting and for following me as well. : ).. I am glad that you liked my comments, I appreciate yours too! I could eat shrimp 24/7 365 days a year. I love shrimp. I am sure that the fresh seafood was probably sooo much better as well. I would love to live in a coastal area, and that is my ultimate goal. One day, someday.. I will be there!

      Thanks Tina, I'm tellin ya, that is just as good as it looks! Yummy! I love eggs benedict, but the N'awlins version? Oooh. It is very good!
