Welcome

Just a few rambling thoughts and crafts from a mind that is full of both. I am talented in my mind but regularly run full throttle into the wall of procrastination. I have raised procrastination to an art form. A friend once told me I have a BS in BS and a minor in excuse making. If there is anyway to get out of doing my best, I will do my best to get out of it. Welcome to my saburban life. : ).. Lol.

Photo Issues Part III..

Alrighty..  Finally accessed the troubleshooting FAQ's section,
and Blogger is working on the photo loading issue..
Soo..  In the meantime..
We can enjoy a clip from Guy Fierri's
Diners, Drive Ins and Dives..
This one is a Coal Fired Pizza place
called Joe Squared..
Check this pizza oven out!
Yikes! Talk about a pizza burn!
Ya might wanna let that one cool for a bit!
That pizza oven cooks pizzas in a whopping two minutes.
Yeah.  Two whole minutes!
It gets up to 1500 degrees in there.
I don't know if I could wait long enough
for it to cool down!  : )..
Yowsers!!
Looks great though!
And now, Dutch has finally gotten an idea of what
he'd like to do now..  He's always wanted a brick
oven in the backyard..
Now?  Hmm..  A restaurant with a coal fired
pizza oven?  Winner, winner pizza dinner!
He already makes some killer homemade pizzas,
with homemade pizza crust whipped up in our bread maker..
I have no doubt that he'd be churnin and burnin
on the pizza place..  And I dooooo love
me some pizza!

Easy, peasy breakfast..

I don't do a lot of the cooking, luckily, my husband is good at that, or we have simple things.  Lol.  However, I was feeling a little industrious this morning and amazingly had enough of the ingredients, or similar substitutions, so I tossed this together and went on my merry little way..  : )..

The last breakfast casserole was too
greasy for Dutch, so I browned my
sausage and poured off the grease this time..
I layered the sausage in..
Put a couple handfuls of the cheddar and mozzeralla
cheese in..

Put one cup of milk and
three eggs in a bowl and mixed them..
Poured the milk and egg mix over the cheese..

Substituted some french fries for hashbrowns..
Cooked it for 45 minutes at 350 degrees..
Let it cool for over 10 minutes and
enjoyed a nice, easy, peasy, yummy breakfast..

And I found it listed on Pinterest, of course,

Oooh yeah.. : )..

I am not much of a sweet tooth, I've always favored salty foods instead.  However, whoa, this cake looks deeelish.  I think I might just have to develop one after all.  : )..

It's a Toasted Butter Pecan Cake..

Yummy, I think I know what's for dessert soon!

Blackberry Slushie Heaven.. : )..

One of our favorite local wineries bought a slushie machine this year. It takes five bottles of wine to make these tasty little treats, but lemme tell ya. They are deelicious. : ).. They had a wine snob who visited them and told them, "Missouri wines taste like asphalt". Umm. Really? Why are they tasting asphalt? Ick! Do they know that people drive on that stuff? No wonder their taste buds are off. Lol. That's ok. Just put the wine down and leave it alllll for us. Unhand my blackberry slushie and go back to your snooty wine. Go Missouri wine!

What's For Lunch Today?

Hmm.  We start our National account training today, but we get a little extra, extra on our lunch hour.  Instead of a 30 minute, fight for a microwave, scarf your food down lunch, we can relax a little and slow down.  Whew.  Nice.  : )..  Soo, this is what's for lunch.

Kraft's Turkey Gyro..
Found here..
It's super easy and super delish!  : )..  Yummy!
