Since I had two four day weeks in a row, this five day week was loooong. Whew. Add to the fact that I've had more energy and couldn't get to sleep until close to midnight (starting with the hockey game night) and have been getting up around 6:30am, I'm starting to lose energy during the day. I am going to have to adjust to being awake and change it to early in the day so that I can get to sleep at the right time again. I'm more of an evening person, I'm usually dragging during mornings. I'll have a weekend to get back on track. Lol. Maybe. Doubtful. I can hope though!
Been a little off track on the healthy diet as well, not a lot, but enough that I can tell. That hasn't helped much. I'm still feeling better, so that's a good thing. One of my friends is doing the Right Size Smoothies and really seeing a change, so my little change, while it's a start, pales in comparison. It's hard to stay good when the results are small. I was in a store the other day and was listening to the radio, which had someone calling in about their weight loss as well. They had lost over 20 pounds in three weeks. Sheesh. Again, small results. It's not very motivational. I am going to step it up though. Two of my co-workers has just started her 30 day challenge, so hopefully that will help keep me going. I might extend my time, which I had planned to do anyway. I might just go ahead and reset my clock. Add some extra excercise and see what I can accomplish.
Anyway, since it's Friday and I only got about 5 hours sleep last night, lol, here are some great Pinterest finds for this Friday mornin. Let's get this day started. yay. lol.
