Welcome

Just a few rambling thoughts and crafts from a mind that is full of both. I am talented in my mind but regularly run full throttle into the wall of procrastination. I have raised procrastination to an art form. A friend once told me I have a BS in BS and a minor in excuse making. If there is anyway to get out of doing my best, I will do my best to get out of it. Welcome to my saburban life. : ).. Lol.

Tacos? Check. Salsa? Salsa? Negatory!

We have secretly switched our normal Senora Verde salsa..
 With homemade salsa..
Can discriminating taco eaters tell?
Nope!  : )..

Soo, last night, started to make tacos.
Had the hamburger.  No problem.
Had tomatoes, onions, cheese, taco shells.
No problem.
Salsa?  There's a problem!  Lol.
There was probably about a teaspoon
left in the jar.  Ahh nutbuckets!
What to do, what to do?
Aha!  Iphone.  Safari.
Homemade salsa recipes.

One can of Mexican Fiesta
Petite Diced Tomatoes with
Green Chilies.
A little Chili Powder.
A little garlic salt.
Salt and pepper.
A little cumin.
Stirred it all together
and poured it in the jar.

Lol.  Dutch couldn't tell
the difference.  : )..
Whew!
It was pretty tasty,
and I was able to control how much
salt was added.  I might try keeping that little recipe
for the next time we need salsa.
Hehehe.
