Just a few rambling thoughts and crafts from a mind that is full of both. I am talented in my mind but regularly run full throttle into the wall of procrastination. I have raised procrastination to an art form. A friend once told me I have a BS in BS and a minor in excuse making. If there is anyway to get out of doing my best, I will do my best to get out of it. Welcome to my saburban life. : ).. Lol.

I'll Have Another.. Will have another day..



Soo, another year without a Triple Crown winner.  I'll Have Another won
both the Kentucky Derby and Preakness, but was scratched from the Belmont
Stakes after showing signs of tendonitis in his left front leg. Such a great horse,
such great runs and such great wins.  I'm just glad that despite the fact we won't
have a Triple Crown winner, we aren't going to lose another wonderful
horse like we did with Barbaro.  I don't know if it's the track conditions that
stress the horses or whatever causes injuries, but I'm glad to see that the owners
and trainers decided his health was more important than his life.  Great job I'll
Have Another.  Now go and get some much deserved rest and relaxation. : )..

    Thanks so much for sharing this video! I agree with you, "I'll Have Another" surprised and impressed everyone and is deserving of some much needed rest!

    He was definitely amazing at the Kentucky Derby. He was great in the Preakness, but I worried how well he would have done today. I'm glad that we won't have another tragedy just because someone wants to push their horse. : ).. He's a beautiful horse and will be remembered for his accomplishments.
